  • Being in a quiet and safe place where you won’t be interrupted
  • Being fully present for the entire session: by arriving on time, attending the entire session
  • Being without a cell phone, computer, or any electronic device in the meeting room, other than a timepiece.
  • Being with a journal to write down your reflections
  • Being without food or drinks, except for water, inside the meeting room.
  • Being ready several minutes before the beginning of each session.
  • Being without back-to-back meetings both before and after sessions. Allow a “buffer” time of at least 15 minutes prior and 30-60 minutes after for integration.
