What is Mind Body Healing?

a whole-person approach to evaluating your wellness and using all aspects of your body, mind, and spirit to heal, live, and thrive.

Mind-Body Coaching is an ongoing partnership where we provide a sacred space for reflection, release, and rebuilding to achieve inner success and inner freedom. 

My responsibility is to provide mind-body content, insight, techniques, framework, and experiences. My responsibility is to facilitate reaching an elevated state of consciousness to achieve equanimity, balance, and control over emotions. 

YOUR responsibility is to move from awareness to participation and action. Mind-body coaching provides many structures for you to achieve a state of balance and presence.

The objectives of Mind Body Facilitating include, but are not limited to:

  • Adding a compassionate and supportive person to your life, who embodies the principles of total acceptance and non-judgement. 
  • Understanding the intricacies of the mind and consciousness in order to rise above it. 
  • Mentoring on consciousness, meditation, the mind/ego, mindfulness, understanding trauma, energy, mindset, forgiveness, fear, values, acceptance/surrender, purpose, and much more. 
  • Providing experiential mind-body sessions for trauma release and access to the subconscious
  • Achieve a state of neutrality toward (and disidentification with) the past
  • Transmute the energy of pain into power, using trauma as a catalyst for personal and spiritual growth.
